This Food bar in Utrecht is inspired by the Blue Economy. We love to work with products from Dutch soil and waters like shellfish, sea vegetables and seaweed for our vegan dishes.
Main activities
In February 2022, Blue Bar 1 opened its doors in Utrecht. Katy Elst and Ron Okhuijsen run Blue Bar 1, a food bar inspired by sustainable use of the oceans. Putting all things sustainable and marine on the menu from North Sea fish to Dutch shellfish, seaweed and plant based comfort food. Both delicious ánd planet proof!
