New Year's Event 2024

Event details: Thursday 25 January - 15:00 - 18:00 (Blijdorp Zoo Rotterdam & Online)

We would like to invite all our members to our annual New Year's drinks party on Thursday 25 January from 15:00 - 18:00 CEST. This year we can organise it in our member RoffaReefs' fantastic shark room in Rotterdam Zoo Blijdorp. 

Looking back & forward

During the meeting we will have a look back at the milestones of the past year and a look ahead to the developments in the sector and the role of North Sea Farmers in it. This part of the meeting will be hybrid. 

Feed from seaweed

During the event, we like to give the stage to one of our members, who will talk a little more about the role of seaweed in his or her daily work. This year Sander van Lopik, founder of RoffaReefs, will talk more about their vision for the seaweed fish feed they have developed. He will also talk briefly about Blijdorp's new ambitions.

Naturally, he will be able to answer questions about the fish swimming in the large aquarium in the Shark Hall. 

Network, fingerfoods & drinks

Of course, there will also be time for you to meet and network with the other members of the North Sea Farmers. You will receive a personal invitation shortly. We hope to see you there!
