Welcome Ewoud, our new Offshore Test Site Manager!

Weโre pleased to welcome Ewoud Visser, who joined our team in January. With 30 years of experience in dredging and offshore operations, Ewoud brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Alongside this role, he continues his work at Doggerland Offshore, where he works as a marine- and offshore troubleshooter. Known as a โhandyman at sea,โ Ewoud has successfully managed complex offshore projects, including ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐ก ๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐ซ๐ฆ #1 where he coordinated the installation of the worldโs first offshore seaweed farm within a wind farm. Ewoud also provides contracting and consultancy services to address a variety of challenges in demanding marine environments.
Offshore Test Site
Ewoud will serve as the primary contact for pilots at the Offshore Test Site (OTS), a 6 kmยฒ innovation hub located in the North Sea. The OTS provides a unique platform for start-ups and scale-ups to test and validate their innovations under real-world, challenging offshore conditions.
